After spending the past few days enjoying Barcelona's sights, some friends and myself stumbled across The Bagdad Club near our hotel. A live adult show of that type is unheard of in Canada so we are fascinated by the possibility. The Bagdad club is certainly legendary and likely has been frequented by more tourists than the city that it is named for. As a word of caution, the entrance fee is inflated by the inclusion of certain party favors.
A more value oriented alternative is Sala X peep show on Las Ramblas. For a mere two euros, I witnessed artistic endeavors not generally seen in North America. My acquaintances mentioned a student discount of 20 euros available at Bagdad club. It can be obtained by speaking directly to the bouncer and it might be useful to mention that you read about the discount on the Internet.

We had a look at Sala X and it was definitely what we had in mind: a live show which is something not available in North America , or at least not to my knowledge We also had a look at Magic America on Paral-lel.
