The rooms are comfortable and generally the place is good value for money. We had a fun day at the water park. However the visit was completely ruined, as our one and only night was spent watching a group of local men completely take over the restaurant with their own music and several prostitutes in tow. The staff simply stood back and did nothing as several families who intended on eating, left one by one.
I got the feeling this was a frequent occurence! I spent much of the night then wondering what had gone on in our bed prior to our stay Best experience on every trips that was made not just like couple and a family trip, even my friends outing that memories still last. Had an overwhelmed experience as i personally noted on seeing they are the best to welcome back their customers. Its indeed an ideal place for staff parties or any beachside events to be conducted under their supervision as i personally seen plenty of companies approaching them for their events as they provide a tailor made requests for their events conducted.
As seen on the negative comments, on note saying that " if u want to experience world class service, then try out 7-star rated hotel, moreover to anyones stay, i believe they know its a countryside stay and its simply out of the world experience on the budget you have set".
Its simple and elegant heated swimming pool and jacuzzi allows kids to enjoy their break. The cabanas are lagoon-front with a private garden to enjoy the bar-b-quing as well as the friendly room service. The apartments do give out most of the privacy and sleeping comfort just as the cabana.
The lagoons are well serviced. Their staff " Jose " well mannered and exquisite behaviour, where a resort's true asset belongs.
